Did the govt restrict computer use? Are they all out picking at the tobacco farms and potato farms? What are they allowed to do? I just would like to be prepared for when Americans are regulated in doing what govt controls them to do.

I doubt the average Cuban can even afford a computer, much less internet access. Venezuela is a very modern country, or it was until Chavez took over.

Fox news is doing a great job trying to portray Chavez as the next Castro, even though he is in some way. In venezuela the internet is for whoever wants it. in cuba is only for certain universities, hospitals and important workplaces but not for the population although some top bosses have limited internet at home.
