How hard is it to marry a Venezuelan in his country, if you are from the USA?
I am planning on moving to Venezuela to live for work,,they are helping me with my visa application to live there permanently,,,what all would I need to marry my boyfriend once there,,,such as documents, etc?

well I do know you have to give up your american citizenship as the usa doesn't allow dual citizenship.

You will need your passport and get from the local government a kind of permit to marry. It would be as a marrying license, wich states that you are single.
