It's better to go to those cities, they are safer, they have better developement, and their income is higher, the problem is Caracas is too hot. But the best city to make business is Sao Paulo I promise. Caracas is not big at all, it's a crawded city, it can't grow because it's built on a valley so the buildings are higher and that overpopulate the city. The best for that are Sao Paulo, Bogotá and Mexico the largest and richest in Latin America. And CARACAS is the 12th most expensive city in the world, anfd the most expensive in LA.
