NO, They lived in Peru, Bolivia Chile and Ecuador.

The Incas never lived in Venezuela. One of the reasons is that there are not one monument like in Peru. Also the indians in Venezuela lived in houses builted on the water and that is why Americo Vespucio named Venezuela after Venezia, Italy.

No. Their power base was basically the Andes and their culture extended from Chile northwards into what's now Colombia, but they didn't go eastwards to Venezuela.
