How does online gambling send payments, without being traced and shut down?
There are many online gambling sites that you put your credit card info into, and than it gets charged. from what i understand, this is illegal, and the people who runs these comapnies live in venezuela or something where its legal. Question is, how are these electronic transfers allowed, and why arent they stopped? obviosuly they can be traced...
