Argentina is under-rated. They have a very rich culture. In Argentina you can speak Spanish, French, or English.

not even close on your top 2. I am not here promote my home Country either but I have traveled the world and without a doubt Mexico is not the best place to live by any standard you want to use. Excluding the US my home to eliminate bias I would have to go: 1. Spain, has everything from great weather and history to modern day Western comforts. 2. Hong Kong, City is alive makes NYC look like a third rate midwestern town. 3. Greece 4. Brazil 5. Sweeden...if not for the hard winters would be number 1 Venezuela is a Socialist dictatorship still stuck in a cold war of words and 3rd world poverty. Mexico is a failed state control by the drug cartels in the north and dirty government officials in the south. Thats why Millions cross the border illegally every year to work labor jobs in America...because it's so great down there. COME to Mexico if the poor wages and water doesn't get you the Swine Flu will!!!!

Bolivia. The Bolivian border patrol has to always be on high alert to keep the illegal aliens from crossing to the country to live there.

If Mexico is so great then why do all the illegal immigrants form there claim things are so non bueno that they have to come over here and mooch off the tax payers...weird.
